E.M Construction Import Export Co., Ltd (EMC) is one of the most distinguished local private electrical engineering and construction companies in Cambodia. Founded in 1999 by Mr. Eav Meng, who serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), EMC has received recognition from the national power utility company, Electricite du Cambodge (EDC) as well as other prestigious industry leaders. EMC has a team of qualified Managers and Engineers with many years of field experience to provide fast response and cost-effective solutions to customers’ needs. EMC employs 30 dedicated full-time professional staff, 60 highly skilled workers and more than 600 unskilled workers who receive training. EMC established a concrete pole factory in 2009 as part of the company expansion plans. Located in Phum Prey Speu, Sangkat Chaom Choav, Khan Pou Senchey, Phnom Penh, the plant began operation in 2010.
